Our investment options, including the Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) and One-Time Investment, are designed to provide guaranteed returns tailored to your financial goals.
By choosing to invest with us, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. We encourage you to read them carefully before proceeding with any financial transactions to ensure a smooth and transparent investment experience.

Customers can invest in Step Up Grow through SIP (Systematic Investment Plan) or One-Time Investment.
The returns are guaranteed based on the amount and tenure chosen by the customer.

If a customer wishes to withdraw their investment before the maturity period
The rate of return and maturity benefits will be communicated at the time of investment.

If a customer wishes to stop or withdraw their investment before the maturity period, the invested amount will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of request.
The customer will not be eligible for any interest earned on the investment.
A 10% penalty will be deducted from the total invested amount The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of request.
Example: If total invested amount is ₹50,000, the refund amount will be ₹45,000 (after 10% deduction)

All payments should be made through authorized channels provided by Step Up Grow.

The customer must provide valid KYC (Know Your Customer) documents before making an investment.
The customer must ensure the accuracy of all personal and financial details provided to the company.

While Step Up Grow guarantees returns as per agreed terms, the company will not be responsible for any losses due to policy violations by the customer.
The company reserves the right to modify interest rates and policies in accordance with financial regulations.

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration or as per the laws of the jurisdiction where Step Up Grow operates.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

We reserve the right to update this Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or other official channels.
